Night of terror: Ukraine under heavy missile and drone attack
During the night, from Sunday to Monday, Ukrainian cities were targeted in a massive attack. The Russians were struck with cruise missiles and Shahed drones. "There will be a response for everything. The opponent will feel it," announced Andrij Yermak.

"Cruise missiles (potentially Kh-101) were certainly launched around 3 AM from Tu-95MS strategic bombers in the Saratov area of the Russian Federation. These missiles entered the Kyiv area after complicated maneuvers from the southern direction. Simultaneously, as the cruise missiles were approaching the capital, the enemy also launched KN-24/Iskander-M ballistic missiles towards the capital," stated Kyiv's administration regarding the Russian attack.
According to preliminary estimates, Ukrainian air defense destroyed several cruise missiles, several ballistic missiles, and kamikaze drones in the airspace over the capital.
No casualties in Kyiv
Fires broke out in several places in Kyiv as a result of falling debris. Plumes of black smoke could be seen over the Holosiiv district. Kyiv Mayor Vitali Klitschko informed us that a boiler house had been partially destroyed. Parts of the entrance to the Sviatoshyn metro station were also damaged. Four cars burned in this district as well.
According to information provided by the city authorities, no casualties were recorded due to the shelling, reports Kanal24.
The administration of Volodymyr Zelensky also reacted to the attack. "There will be a response for everything. The opponent will feel it," wrote Andrij Yermak, head of the Ukrainian President's Office, on his Telegram channel.
