Putin receives Trump's envoy as ceasefire talks intensify

The information about the talks has now been confirmed by the Kremlin spokesperson.
- He (Witkoff - TASS) was received by President Putin late last night and provided additional information to Russia. Putin conveyed information and additional signals to President Trump via Witkoff - said Dmitry Peskov in response to a question from the TASS agency.
There are also recordings appearing online of a motorcade entering the Kremlin.

Steve Witkoff, a special representative of Donald Trump, flew to Moscow on Thursday. The goal was to meet with Putin and present him with the agreement worked out on Tuesday in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia, between the USA and Ukraine. Kyiv, let us recall, accepted the Americans' proposal for a 30-day ceasefire. Now the decision is up to Moscow.
