Russian drones also damaged a multi-story house in Chernihiv and seven homes in the Kyiv region. Two people were injured in the Odesa region. Private energy company DTEK reported significant damage to energy facilities in the Dnipropetrovsk and Odesa regions.
"The damages are significant. The energy workers are already on-site. We are doing everything we can to restore power to homes as quickly as possible,” the company reported.
