In a phone conversation with NBC journalist Kristen Welker, Donald Trump revealed that he has already had a "very good" discussion with Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu. He also acknowledged being in contact with the president of Ukraine, though he did not disclose any details about the conversation.

Trump added that although he has not yet spoken with Vladimir Putin, he anticipates having the opportunity soon. "I think we'll speak," emphasized the president-elect.

The winner of Tuesday's election also emphasized that securing the country's borders and initiating the "largest deportation action in the country's history" will be his main actions upon taking office. According to CNN reports, Trump's team is already in talks with private sector companies to prepare for the deportation of over 11 million illegal immigrants. When asked about the costs of this operation, Trump stated that the price does not matter.

Really, we have no choice. When people have been killed and murdered, when drug lords have destroyed countries — and now they’re going to go back to those countries because they’re not staying here, said Trump, quoted by NBC.

Trump's significant lead and polls

Donald Trump managed to convince Americans for the second time. He secured 277 votes, while his rival Kamala Harris gained 224. The result was surprising for many, as polls indicated that the candidates could count on almost identical support.

Polls suggested that any outcome was possible, and just a few thousand votes could decide the final victory.
