Ukraine strikes Russian weapons depot with North Korean arms
During the night from Monday to Tuesday, the Ukrainian armed forces conducted an attack on a weapons depot near the city of Karachev in the Bryansk region of Russia. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reported that artillery ammunition from North Korea was among the destroyed items as a result of the operation.

Ukrainian units, in cooperation with other components of the army, struck the arsenal of the Russian 1046th logistics center near Karachev. According to the staff, twelve secondary explosions and detonations were recorded in the target area, highlighting the effectiveness of the operation.
Andriy Kovalenko, head of the Center for Counteracting Disinformation, confirmed the attack on the warehouse belonging to the Main Directorate of Rockets and Artillery of the Russian Ministry of Defense. The depot stored artillery ammunition from North Korea, guided aerial bombs, anti-aircraft missiles, and ammunition for multiple rocket launchers.
The Armed Forces of Ukraine announced the continuation of efforts to destroy Russian ammunition depots, aiming to curb Russia's aggression against Ukraine. They emphasized their determination to further weaken the military potential of the opponent through precise strikes on strategic logistic targets.
Night exchange of blows between Ukraine and Russia
Meanwhile, the Ukrainian Air Force reported that on the same night, Russia attacked the country using 87 Shahed-type unmanned aerial vehicles and other unidentified drones. The shootdown of 51 enemy machines was confirmed in the Cherkasy, Chernihiv, Kyiv, Poltava, Zhytomyr, Sumy, Mykolaiv, Zaporizhzhia, and Kharkiv regions.
Thanks to the effective use of electronic warfare measures, 30 Russian drones lost communication and were neutralized. One drone remains in Ukrainian airspace, and efforts to neutralize it are ongoing.
