The Ukrainian portal Unian reports a drone strike on the largest refinery in the Kaluga region, "Pierwyj Zawod." The attack allegedly caused a major fire at the facility, with storage units containing heating and diesel oil reportedly catching fire.

Russian Telegram channels indicate that residents of Kaluga heard a loud explosion, followed by a fire at the oil refinery.

Meanwhile, the Russian newspaper "RIA Novosti" confirms, citing information from the regional governor, that three drones were destroyed on the outskirts of Kaluga.

"When drone fragments fell, a fire broke out on the premises of one of the industrial enterprises. Emergency Ministry workers and a task force are working at the scene. Initially, there were no casualties," writes "RIA Novosti."

"The fire at the industrial enterprise in Kaluga, which broke out after the drone debris fell, has been extinguished," stated the governor, as quoted by "RIA Novosti."

According to him, air defense destroyed eight drones in just one night.
