Soldiers of the 116th Brigade "Khorne Group" showed video footage of another air attack on a bridge in the village of Karyzh in the Kursk region.

"The damage was quite significant. Over time, we will see how critical the consequences are," reported the DeepState portal. It is not certain if the bridge was effectively damaged, as it was added that the bridge is quite "resilient," and after the previous strike, Russians were still able to use it.

Syrsky: the offensive is yielding results

On Thursday, General Oleksandr Syrsky, the Supreme Commander of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, stated that Kyiv's offensive in the Kursk region in Russia is yielding results.

According to Syrsky, Russia planned to launch a new offensive against Ukraine from the Kursk region, even before Ukrainian forces began operations in this area.

"This reduced the threat of an enemy offensive. We prevented them from acting. We moved the fighting to the enemy’s territory so that he could feel what we feel every day. And we created our own security zone in the Kursk region," he said in an interview with CNN.

As he noted, the offensive in the Kursk region "greatly improved the morale not only of the military but also of the entire population of Ukraine." He added that the Ukrainian army has recorded a decrease in shelling and the intensity of fighting in eastern Ukraine.

Meanwhile, Russian President Vladimir Putin stated on Thursday that Russian forces are already starting to drive out Ukrainian soldiers from there.
