On October 16, President Volodymyr Zelensky is scheduled to speak in the Verkhovna Rada, where he will present Ukraine's "victory plan." However, Ukrainians will not be able to fully know its contents.
Mykhailo Podolyak, advisor to the head of the Presidential Office, informed about this. "Some proposals of this plan will not be the subject of public discussion because they particularly concern the required amount of weapons," he indicated.
Ukrainians will not learn the details of the "victory plan"
"The President wants the public to understand. There are topics that certainly will not be discussed publicly. It is about the mathematical element, i.e., how much weaponry, in what form, etc., needs to be delivered to Ukraine," Podolyak said.
Podolyak assures that the president's "victory plan" is clear and has logical foundations. Zelensky's advisor added that Kyiv's partners must decide "if everyone is ready to capitulate together" because "Ukraine will not capitulate."
At the same time, he noted that in the victory plan, Ukraine and its citizens play the main role, as "only Ukraine can give the final touch to this war."
